Do I need to create an account before I make a purchase?

Yes, in order to purchase tickets, you must create an account on this site.

Another benefit of creating an account is that you will have the ability to log on at a later date and reprint your eTickets in case your lose them before the performance  That's because your purchase is tied to your account.

What information do you require?

The basic information needed for all orders is your name, billing address, telephone and email address.

ABSOLUTELY NOT! We use Stripe for credit card processing. When you enter your credit card information, you are actually communicating directly with Stripe's systems through a secured portal. We simplly get an acknowledgement back from Stripe whether your payment was successful, and take it from there.  Your personal credit information never touches our site.

Absolutely! We use Stripe, which is one of the leading and most secure forms on online payments.

Do you give refunds?

No, there are no refunds; all sales are final. Please refer to related Help document TERMS OF SERVICE. You will also be required to accept these Terms of Service before finalizing your purchase.  In short, we will only issue refunds in the event a performance is cancelled.  If you have purchased eTickets and are unable to attend, you may sell your eTickets to another person.

Do you give discounts?

The depends on the event.  We sometimes offer a student discount for persons under 26 years of age, and those prices are offered when purchasing tickets.  For other events we sometimes offer a group discount.  Please contact our Hotline at 480-876-SING for more information.

Can I order tickets for someone else, even if I won't be attending myself?

Certainly!  While the person purchasing the tickets is usually one of the people going, they don't necessarily have to be.  If you would like to purchase tickets as a gift for a friend or family member, by all means do so!

Will I receive a confirmation for my reservation?

Yes, your will receive an email from Stripe with your receipt as well as a confirmation from us with your eTickets attached to the email address you specify when placing your order. If you do not receive the email, please check your SPAM filter to make sure This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. is on your "safe Senders" list. If you still do not receive the email conformation, please chose CONTACT US on the menu and we will troubleshoot the problem.
