It happens ... some email providers think they are doing you a favor by filtering your mail for you, and your eTickets may wind up in your Junk Mail folder - or may not even reach you at all*.  Or maybe you accidentally deleted the email and are wondering what to do.

* Yahoo, MSN/Hotmail, and AOL are particularly troublesome for this.

Problem solved!  You can find and re-print your eTickets at any time.  Here's how ...

Log in to your account

Click LOGIN from the menu.

Enter your credentials, and log in to your account.

Find your reservation

Click MY RESERVATIONS on the menu.

03 my reservations

Choose your Reservation.

04 choose reservation

Download your eTickets

05 download etickets

Log out of your account
